3D Printed Record Lathe

Post by BeJay » Wed Jul 16, 2014 8:42 pm

Started building a Record Lathe to cut analogue audio into old CDs and play them on a coventional turntable / record player.

So far it's working quite well. I'm going to heat the needle next to get it to cut cleaner to increase the frequency response, but I'm amazed it work s as well as it does!

There is a video on my blog of the outcome.

LOL - you think up some great projects there BeJay! That was a great demo.

Are you still coming down for the SW Science Spectacular on the 16th of August?
