Been playing with a some Speeduinos ECU at work trying to get the up and running a lot of different engine's A problem I have was how to control DBW throttle body's. Over the week I have hacked together a very basic solution's using a NANO and a BTS7960 motor driver. Its a little jittery when holding at needed throttle position, need to improve that.

Love the GIF! How are you driving the flap position? If it's a variable resistor, or an encoder, have you looked at the values to see if there is an instability/fluctuation in the incoming data? Maybe displaying the data in the Arduino Serial plotter might help to make sure it's linear?

DBW throttle bodys have two potentiometers so I'm using one as a reface and one as current position when the positions equal each other the H bridge shuts off. I have done a lot of research since the original post. Their meant to be driven at 1000hz so i think the little nano can not keep up :(
