Event: Robofair 2015
Date: Sunday 6th of December 2015
Time: 10 am – 2 pm
Location: Engineering Pavilion (Building 215)
Curtin University
Kent Street, Bentley

Same place, same time, in Dec. instead of November, so it could be a bit warmer.

PM me, or email me if your interested in attending. If you haven't been before, I recommend a visit. Lots of robotics, drones, Lego robotics and science things.

2 x tables booked for 4 people, so we have half a table each.

Artifactory, West Coast Makers and Enkel will now all be attending as well. It should be an interesting room!

I have to do a bit of FIFO for work, so I will let you guys know a bit closer to the date, but at this stage it overlaps

Ok, looks like I 'm going to be back by Sunday now, so what is the plan of attack with this year?

I don't have much new stuff to show, as the XYZCarve I made i too big to fit in the car! I did make a plywood case for my Pi powered SDR, but it's not finished yet. I can bring it anyway. I was hoping to make some more kid interactive things, but I just haven't found the time since last year.... crickey!

I hope to be there at around 08:00 - to claim the space. We should have half a table each and a pin up board (unverified). See last nights email with PDF attachment that shows the floor plan.

I don't think it matters what you bring. With 2000 odd people walking past, there will be someone that's interested in what you have. This year I am targeting other Makers, not the kids.

I was going to cut a sign tomorrow for robofair, and was wondering if you guys have a decided logo and a vectorised SVG of it I can cut?!

It's 300 x 300mm so not too bad. Should have used MDF for it's forgiveness, but thought I'd wing it with ply from Bunnings
