a while back there was a group or person working on 3D printing circuitry layouts and filling the wire channels with a metallic 3D printed substance. It didn't look as nice or polished as this project though.

for those wanting to play with this sort of tech, office works sell the conductive pens that use this silver ink - Circuit Scribe (not cheap tho)
