When laser cutting wood with not enough airflow to clear the wood smoke, it can leave brown smoke marks on the front of the wood. This can be fixed by either upping the air supply (if you can), or masking the front of the wood surface. Of course you can use normal masking tape for small objects, otherwise, you can purchase extra wide masking tape. All the laser smoke damage problems are gone!
