what is the battery voltage now? What was the voltage after charging? Otherwise, bring it along to the meeting this Sat. and we can have a look at it for you. I will bring my 12V battery along as well.

The MPT3055VL MOSFETS arrived today from Altronics in Perth. They work a treat. I can see them being used in a lot of places. Thanks for the tip BeJay!

Thanks BeJay. I have many fond memories of playing around with 2N3055 transistors in the 80's and 90's. Due to the heat load, my Hi-Voltage rig can only run for 30-45 seconds using a heatsinked 2N3055 transistor. You have reminded me of the project. I think it's sitting in the shed in pieces at the ...
