Are you planning on eventually making it RF/IR control or just fly in a pre set pattern? Looks really great though! Maybe attach an Arduino altimeter and have it log altitude.

a while back there was a group or person working on 3D printing circuitry layouts and filling the wire channels with a metallic 3D printed substance. It didn't look as nice or polished as this project though. A few guys have tried printing with conductive filament to make circuits. here's an exampl...

WHy is the forum not through a secure port? cloudflare offers a free certificate, which I have personally found to be very useful

Does your printer's extruder have fans attached to it? this could help with layer adhesion and webbing.

Thanks! This should make my design time quicker, as i used to have to manually create elements such as fan holes, etc... in sketchup and then scale them through 123d design.
