a. Installation and Use.
· You may install and test one copy of the software on your premises.
· You may not test the software in a live operating environment unless Microsoft permits you to do so under another agreement.

Well found. Obviously use it 'just for testing'...
I have subscribed and will download it when it is released, but I am not planning on coding for it. I have too many other things to work on. I am just interested in seeing how it runs.

...until they hook you in and you can't do without it in your projects then they pull the rug out from under you split into into many products and charge an annual fee
Good old microsoft.
I think I'll be sticking with good ol linux
