Re: Irfrared Library

It is very handy, getting rid of those uneeded remotes and having a universal remote that doesn't need batteries to keep it alive after teaching it each button is priceless. http://bjblaster.homedns.org/projects/electronics/IR_MythTV_Remote/large_slides/IMG_5843.JPG Well done, it's how remotes shou...

Re: 3D Printing Software

My Slicer of choice is Simplify3D , although is a paid version and not open source, running a close second is KissSlicer Pro (only $25) I mostly use Simplify, but sometimes Kisslicer. So I use both depending on the situation. Slic3r and SFACT will work out of the box with the printer, but I find the...

Yesterday I purchased a nexus 7 android tablet for $180 at JBHifi so now I have mission planner in the palm of my hand Telemetry is fed back to the tablet and I can now send mission data, aka waypoints or surveys to my Quad on the go. Not having to drag my laptop around with me is a bonus. m Working...

Seeing it's just around the corner, and with 3D printers multiplying in the group, how about we print off some of these to give away on the day http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:362357/ We can add our website in the area for name/phone.

Re: My Felix is on the way.

I was going to order black, but after seeing Paul's red one last meeting, I decided to go with that. This waiting business is tough, I must have checked the UPS website at least 10 times today. at least you didn't have to wait 4 weeks for it. when I ordered min they were not using the injection mou...
